SIL Awareness Course

Course Overview
SIL (Safety Integrity Level) Awareness Course is designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the concept of SIL and its application in functional safety within the process industries. SIL is a measure of the reliability and effectiveness of safety instrumented systems (SIS) in reducing the risk of process-related hazards. The course aims to familiarize participants with the principles and requirements of SIL, enabling them to contribute effectively to the design, implementation, and maintenance of safety instrumented systems

  • Learners will be assessed by continuous on course monitoring by the tutor
  • A certificate shall be issued to the learners upon satisfactory completion of the course
