Course Overview
The NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management is an advanced qualification designed for senior professionals aiming to excel in the field of health and safety management. This course equips learners with the strategic knowledge, skills, and competencies required to lead and manage health and safety initiatives at an organizational level, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

Course Prerequisite
Candidates must have a Level 6 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent. Significant experience in a senior health and safety role is required.
Course Assessment
This qualification is competence-based, and candidates must demonstrate the level of competence described in the units. Assessment involves measuring a candidate’s skill, knowledge, and understanding against the standards set in the qualification. The qualification must be internally assessed by an appropriately experienced and qualified assessor.

Each candidate is required to produce a portfolio of evidence demonstrating their achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit.
